How Should I Include the Subscriber's Name into the Newsletter?

Personalized promotional emails deliver more conversions. You can easily give your newsletter a personal touch by including each subscriber’s first name into the email greeting or any other place of your newsletter.

In order to do this, use {{name|fallback_text}} and place it where the name should go. During the newsletter sending process, the system will pull the names from your database and place them into the emails.

This will only work if you have names of your subscribers collected. If not, it will convert into the text that you have written instead of fallback_test. For example, you can type Hi {{name|there}}! and the subscribers whose names are unknown will receive an email with a greeting "Hi there!"
