For your convenience, we have launched weekly reports that pop into your inbox and let you track better the progress you have achieved with Soundest.
So let’s see, what metrics will you get weekly?
- Subscribers. In this graph you can see the total number of subscribers and a weekly growth of your database using Soundest signup forms (pop-ups, signup page, signup boxes), customers that have bought in your shop as well as imported ones. Learn how to get first 1000 subscribers in our blog.
Welcome emails. This part of the report is shown if the automated welcome emails are enabled. In case you use welcome series of 3 emails, the total number of emails sent to your new customers as well as incomes generated over the week will be seen in this report. We also calculate the variation from the previous week performance - in what percentage you did better this week in comparison to last week. The detailed information of each email separately is available in your account on Soundest.
Cart recovery emails. You will see this part of the report if the automated cart recovery email or cart recovery series are enabled. The total number of emails sent to your customers as well as incomes generated over the week will be seen in this report. You may also follow the variation in percentage from the previous week performance. The detailed information of each email out of a series is available in your account on Soundest.
In addition to these metrics, every week we share the tips & tricks how to improve your email marketing. These are good to skim and consider on adjusting.
At the bottom of the email, you can always double-check the features you use in Soundest. In case you want them turn on or turn off, you have to sign in to Soundest app and enable/disable them there.
