Using 3rd Party Cookies in Soundest

Certain Soundest features, such as logging in, require your browser to accept third-party cookies (our email marketing platform works under domain). 

Cookies are pieces of data stored by web browsers that websites and applications can use to remember a web browser from one request to the next. They allow features like shopping carts and user account logins to function.

Many web browsers make a distinction between first-party and third-party cookies. First-party cookies are created by the web server identified by the address shown the browser's address bar. Third-party cookies can be created when content is loaded from domains other than the one shown in the address bar (in our case -

Some browsers allow users to decide whether or not the third-party cookies should be accepted. To configure your browser to allow third-party cookies, follow the instructions for your chosen browser.

Microsoft Internet Explorer

  1. Go to Internet Explorer's Options and go to Privacy tab.
  2. Click Advanced.
  3. Enable Override automatic cookie handling check box.
  4. Change Third party Cookies settings to Accept.
  5. Click OK.

Microsoft Edge

  1. In top right corner click the three-dot More Actions button.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Tap or click View Advanced Settings. You'll need to scroll down to the bottom of the page.
  4. Press the dropdown arrow under the Cookies field.
  5. Select Don't Block Cookies.

Google Chrome

  1. Go to Chrome settings > Advanced Settings > Content Settings.
  2. Uncheck Block third-party cookies and site data.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Go to Firefox'es Options and click Privacy.
  2. In History section choose Firefox will use custom settings for history.
  3. Change Accept third-party cookies from Never to Always.


  1. Go to Opera's settings.
  2. Click Privacy & security. Uncheck Block third-party cookies and site data.


  1. Open Safari and in the top left corner of your screen click on Safari and select Preferences.
  2. In the preference window select the Privacy option and under Block cookies select Never.
  3. Save changes.
